WHAT WE LEND ON

ZINC Financial is an investment rehab lender. ZINC lends money to investors who purchase distressed properties at reduced prices with the intention of rehabbing them and reselling them at a profit. Our loans for house flipping are short-term bridge loans for distressed properties only. The very nature of distressed properties limits access to conventional financing, hence the need for our short-term fix and flip funding.

We typically lend on distressed single-family residences (SFR) of one to four units. However, we will consider multifamily and commercial properties with the right investor.
