SUBMIT A LOAN
- Be informed about our loan programs, at the loan Programs tab of our website, and be prepared to select which loan program you are applying for.
- Complete the on-line submission at the above tab, the submission form must be 100% complete.
- At the end of the on-line submission, you will be prompted to upload the 4 documents outlined below. If you do not upload these documents, you must email them to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately following your on-line submission.

- ZINC Application Packet (see zincfinancial.net-forms section)
- Ten color pictures, inside, outside and street view (or color appraisal if available)
- 3 months bank statements
- Purchase contract (if a purchase)
If you do not complete the on-line submission and upload or email the 4 required documents, your submission will not be processed and will be cancelled within 24 hours.
Your submission will be evaluated, only if submitted according to the above instructions, and a term sheet issued usually within 48 hours.
