SUBMIT A LOAN

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Be informed about our loan programs, at the loan Programs tab of our website, and be prepared to select which loan program you are applying for.
2. Complete the on-line submission at the above tab, the submission form must be 100% complete.
3. At the end of the on-line submission, you will be prompted to upload the 4 documents outlined below. If you do not upload these documents, you must email them to submit@zincfinancial.net immediately following your on-line submission.
1. On-line Submission form. (the above tab)
2. ZINC Application Packet (see zincfinancial.net-forms section)
3. Ten color pictures, inside, outside and street view (or color appraisal if available)
4. 3 months bank statements
5. Purchase contract (if a purchase)

If you do not complete the on-line submission and upload or email the 4 required documents, your submission will not be processed and will be cancelled within 24 hours.

Your submission will be evaluated, only if submitted according to the above instructions, and a term sheet issued usually within 48 hours.
