Once you are pre-qualified, the next step is to find a property and conduct a feasibility study to determine if it is a good candidate for a purchase rehab loan. A feasibility study compares the cost of the necessary repairs to the projected After Repair Value of the home once the repairs are completed. This is the best way to rule out and find worthwhile investment properties.
