Played Water Polo and Swimming in High School and College and Coached for Clovis Unified for 7 years.

Helped develop first elementary youth Water Polo program in Central California.

Coached Junior Olympic team 1995.

Started company in 1986, eventually acquired by private equity firm.

Started in real estate and lending in 1989. Invested and participated in many commercial projects in Central California.

Expertise in Private Funding for over 10 years. First private equity based loan in commercial Real Estate.

Continues today to focus and specialize in only private equity financing of real estate transactions.

Started One Central California's Largest Janitorial and Exterior maintenance service companies eventually employing over 250 employees and servicing all parts of California from San Diego to Truckee and parts of Nevada.
